Our Story

The company was founded in 1957 by Folke Karlsson, with baking traditions rooted in Northern Sweden. Since 1984, his son Kjell Karlsson has continued the family business, carrying its traditions and knowledge into a new generation.
Today, we combine generations of baking experience with modern production and a focus on high-quality bread. Our roots remain an important part of who we are.
